Dear Clients & Friends: I went to a Class yesterday that talked about Comparative Negligence in Florida Auto Accidents. I need all my clients to be aware that an accident (or crash) is evaluated from many different perspectives. You can be partially at fault if your radio was on and you were listening to a talk show. Yes -- as crazy as it seems, there are laws which allow distractions to be included as to how your state of mind was --even though the other guys seems totally at fault. Call me for more info! Thanks. Ron Silverman 386 860 0001 X7
